When you order product from ALL IN Energy, you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. Please check the information below to review our shipping policies.

ALL IN Energy will ship via UPS Ground to any of the 48 contiguous states. There will be additional shipping charges added to all shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii. Please review your shipping charges on the checkout page prior to submitting your order.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed. UPS Ground shipping will take between 3 and 7 business days for delivery depending on your receiving location.

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in Missouri. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed but in some instances orders may require 2 business days to ship. The shipping process for each location is as follows:

• Under normal conditions, orders placed before 1:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will ship that day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will ship the following business day. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.
• Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder.

Our site is on a secure server and certified by COMODO SSL. This web site can secure your private information using a Comodo SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission.

A 4.2% sales tax will be added on the order total to any order being delivered into the state of Missouri.

We cannot ship to a PO Box, APO, or FPO. There will be additional charges added to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Review your shipping charges prior to submitting your order.

If you have received a promotional code, enter that code into the appropriate box prior to submitting your order.

All sales are final. However, if you have received an incorrect product or your package was damaged in transit we will be glad to replace it. Please notify our customer service department at support@allinenergy.com in the event of product or shipping situation and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Do not return incorrect or damaged product without authorization from our customer service department.

If a product is damaged or defective, the replacement will be shipped free of charge. We will need your help in resolving any issues caused by the carrier if damage was occurred during freight.

Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request. However, once the order has begun its journey through the shipping process, it cannot be canceled or revised.

Please note that prices on allinenergy.com are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL IN Energy Drink CANNOT be responsible for contacting recipients for package delivery notification. The courier may leave the package at the door if no one is home and the driver feels it is a safe location. Recipients in multi-unit buildings and urban areas should be home in case the driver needs a signature. Sending to a business address can be a good option to consider. No PO Box addresses allowed.
